Career Week

Are you interested in a career in government? What about being a research and funding specialist? What about starting your own scientific company? Well the annual FoM Career Week is here on March 8-13th from 1-4pm with talks from multiple speakers in very different professions. Talks are available in a hybrid model, with in-person happening in RGN 2003 with light refreshments available for attendees. On top of that we have 3 workshops happening too. On March 8th from 11-12 we have a virtual Scientific Illustration workshop, and on March 14th from 9:30-12pm in RGN 2113 we have an in-person Networking and Job Search workshop followed by a Resume Review done by uOttawa Career Services.

 

To end Career Week, we're inviting all our speakers and their colleagues to join us for a networking social at MacLaren's pub on March 14th from 6-8pm with refreshments available. Make sure to scan the QR codes to register for the talks and bring all your questions.
